good service but room needs work

The check-in process was quick, and the staff member made us feel welcomed. A thoughtful card was sent to our room celebrating our upcoming baby, along with snacks and water, which was a lovely surprise.

my stay was surprisingly delightful after a prior experience in miami where things didn’t go as planned. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. i particularly loved the delicious tacos at the on-site restaurant, which truly exceeded my expectations.

the wifi was overpriced.

Plus, the fitness center kept me energized for all the culinary adventures to come. An impressive array of options made each meal an experience! Can't wait to revisit!

DEAR SIRS, while I loved the Miami vibes, I am still waiting on my deposit return. The front desk promised cash back but I left with nothing but a receipt and an unanswered case number. It's a bummer to start my trip that way. Hoping to get a speedy resolution soon. everything else was a blast!
